Danberry Releases Augmented Reality Real Estate App for Android Devices
The app is free to the public and offers a variety of different search options, making it easier for customers to search for Toledo homes for sale while on-the-go.

Unique Features Which Set this App Apart:
● Augmented Reality: Simply holding up the device and exploring the surrounding area will overlay objects on the camera’s display offering additional interactive content and information.
● Synching to saved searches and favorites: The app also syncs to the customer’s account with Danberry, ensuring saved data is accessible on their mobile device as well as their Danberry.com account.
Additional Features:
GEO Location Search: GEO Location Search uses your phone’s built in GPS device to search for properties around you. Refine your search using property or community filters to find the property you are looking for.
Journey Search: Journey Search allows customers to view properties within close proximity to their current location. This search will continue to update available properties as they travel.
Perimeter Search: Through this feature, customers can draw boundaries on the map view using their finger, allowing them to only view available homes within the perimeters of their search.
Scope Search: An augmented reality search, Scope Search displays property information on the mobile device when a customer aims their phone’s camera down a street. Information on available properties appears in a pop up for easy viewing.
Agent Branded Apps: Each Danberry agent will have an app branded to them, allowing the agent to provide the best response time and service to their client.

Danberry Congratulates Al Nissen, Brenda Braden
Once again, Danberry associates will be at the helm of both local Boards of Realtors, as Al Nissen from Danberry’s Temperance office was installed as the Monroe County Association of Realtor’s President on December 3rd. This will be Al’s third tour of duty in that position (a term fitting for this military family). We’re proud of Al and can’t think of an individual who has contributed more over the years to MCAR! Brenda Braden, manager of the same Temperance office, was installed as both a Director of the Monroe County Association of Realtors and as a Director of the MLS Board at the banquet. Under Brenda’s Chairmanship in 2010, the association’s RPAC Committee also achieved 159% of its goal set by MAR! We’re very proud of these professionals!
